Challenges of Using Language With Respect:
The challenges that journalists face concerning the use of language with sensitivity remain and will continue to remain relevant to news writing. It is incredibly important to hold respect for a community of people when writing a news story about them. If you disrespect a member of the culture you are writing about, you could not only lose your credibility but also the damage the credibility of the institution you are writing for. It can sometimes be difficult, but journalists have to be constantly aware of what they are writing and how it will affect those they are writing about.
