Many people discuss diversity as if it is a hard issue. Diversity is not something we should get rid of, but rather something we should embrace. We live in America, one of the most diverse countries in the world, and yet our relationships and biases don't express that. It is not difficult to embrace diversity, just do it. The only people that find it hard to be sensitive against other cultures are people that think they are the supreme culture, these are the people that are causing America to not move forward. Respect is a circle; give it and it'll return.
